Replicate × NAMB × Tennessee Baptists
Big things are coming to Tennessee in 2026
Thanks to a special partnership between the Tennessee Baptists, NAMB, and Replicate, your church has exclusive access to two movement-shaping events.
Multiplication Co-Lab
A two-day, hands-on workshop, on September 16-17, 2026, at Long Hollow Church in Hendersonville.
This experience is designed to help your church develop a disciple-making playbook that’s custom-built for your context. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining what already exists, our team will guide you step-by-step to clarify your mission, align your strategy, and design a clear path forward.
You won’t be handed a one-size-fits-all formula. Instead, you’ll walk away with a plan shaped by your church’s distinct culture, people, and community.
Here’s what your team will leave with:
1. A Clear Dream Disciple
Because most churches don't know what their Dream Disciple looks like, they measure
success through program attendance. Your team will move from an activity scorecard to a transformation scorecard by creating a vivid, clear picture of what personal transformation looks like in your church.
2. A Discipleship Pathway
How will you move people from attendees to Dream Disciples? Your team will create a unique, realistic. and effective strategy that moves people from attendees to disciple-makers.
3. A 3-Year Movement Goal
Name your 3-year goal for where your movement is heading. One that will inspire and align everyone to move in the same direction.

Why This Co-Lab Matters for Your Church
Your team will also receive a bundle of Replicate’s most popular tools and resources to continue the work long after the event ends. Churches often say this process is unlike anything they’ve experienced: “I’ve been looking for this for 25 years,” one leader told us. Another shared, “They didn’t force a strategy on us. They helped us cultivate one that’s uniquely ours.”
Have Questions?
We're here to help you. It'd be our honor to walk with your church as you discover and fine-tune your unique disciple-making movement.
No formulas. Just tools, relationships, and support for your context.
