Multiplication Co-Lab
A two-day, hands-on workshop, on September 16-17, 2026, at Long Hollow Church in Hendersonville.
This experience is designed to help your church develop a disciple-making playbook that’s custom-built for your context. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining what already exists, our team will guide you step-by-step to clarify your mission, align your strategy, and design a clear path forward.
You won’t be handed a one-size-fits-all formula. Instead, you’ll walk away with a plan shaped by your church’s distinct culture, people, and community.

Because most churches don't know what their Dream Disciple looks like, they measure
success through program attendance. Your team will move from an activity scorecard to a transformation scorecard by creating a vivid, clear picture of what personal transformation looks like in your church.
